FAQS
What is the best time for photos?
For the best golden light, I recommend starting your session 1 hour before sunset. This timing gives us the most flattering and natural glow, with enough variety as the light softens into dusk.
When you book, I’ll confirm the perfect timing for your date so you can relax knowing we’ll have the most beautiful light for your photos.
Spring (Sep–Nov): 5:00–7:00 pm
Summer (Dec–Feb): 7pm–7:30 pm
Autumn (Mar–May): 4:00–6:45 pm
Winter (Jun–Aug): 4:10–4:50 pm
Where are you based and do you travel?
I'm based in Arncliffe, Sydney and travel Sydney wide for my clients. Packages include travel fees within Sydney metro areas.
Do you provide client wardrobe?
Client wardrobe is free for hire as part of my maternity and newborn packages.
When will we get our photos?
For portrait sessions (family/maternity/newborn), you can expect to receive the photos within 7 days business days.
How many photos will we receive?
For family sessions, you can expect a minimum of 45 photos per hour.
Can I reschedule or cancel my photography session?
We understand that life happens! If you need to reschedule for any reason, please try to give us at least 24 hours notice. We will get in touch with you to reschedule and your deposit will carry over onto the new date.
If you no longer wish to proceed the photography session once it's confirmed, you may cancel up to 72 hours prior to the photography session. To do so, you must send a written cancellation notice via either email or text message. This means you will forfeit the initial deposit shoud you cancel the session.
