The clouds hung low over Sydney’s Northern Beaches as I arrived at the picturesque Manly Yacht Club to capture the wedding of Jiwon and Dhrumil. Despite the overcast skies, the venue exuded a charm that was both inviting and intimate. Nestled on the edge of the water, the club offered breathtaking views of the harbour, which, even under a blanket of clouds, added a serene and romantic atmosphere to the day’s events.
Jiwon and Dhrumil’s first met at a house party, a chance encounter that would forever alter their lives. Jiwon arrived with her friend, while Dhrumil was there as a guest of his mate, someone he used to work with. Their initial interaction was filled with easy conversation and a spark of interest that led them to exchange phone numbers by the end of the evening.
